CITY OF DANBURY SEEKING POLICE OFFICER APPLICANTS The City of Danbury Police Department is pleased to announce that it is seeking diverse individuals who would like to pursue a career in law enforcement. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, April 30, 2008 no later than 4:30pm. Applicants must be United States Citizens, 21 years of age or older with a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and no criminal record. I will be having an oral interview next week for police office position. Is it a good idea to ask for their business card? I’m assuming there will be a deputy sheriff, etc interviewing me. Do they carry business cards?
I have asked for these in the past when interviewing for other jobs so I could send a thank you note afterwards.
I left one of my jobs without giving notice as it was to stressful (very bad time of life lol) I have 3 other jobs that would give me glowing references though. Any ideas?
